Open the app, select Settings, then find “Your ID” under Account. Tap Copy and include it in your message so we can identify your generation records.
Privacy & deletion requests
To request deletion of cloud records, email us from either address above and include the Firebase user ID shown in Settings.

Confirm your internet connection, keep the app open while processing, and retry once. If the issue continues, send the approximate time of the failed generation and your user ID.
