2. The service
AI Background Remover provides automated tools to remove, replace, or otherwise transform image backgrounds. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any charges imposed by your network or app marketplace.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you own your submitted content or have all rights and permissions required to upload and process it. You are responsible for obtaining consent from identifiable people where required.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive content;
- process content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated or edited content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage restrictions; or
- use automated means to extract, scrape, or abuse the service.
We may restrict or disable access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
5. AI-generated results
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Results may contain artifacts, alter details, or resemble other content. Review all output before publishing or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for commercial use. You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated results.
6. Premium features and purchases
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, billing periods, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase. Transactions made through Apple or Google are also governed by the applicable marketplace terms.
Unless required by law, refunds are handled under the policy of the marketplace that processed the payment.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Processing may fail or be delayed due to network, provider, maintenance, capacity, or technical issues. We may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
